We are often under great pressure at work. The aim of coaching is to support you in fulfilling your operational tasks and to promote your general well-being. The focus is on you as a person with your individual personality: where you can actually shape change.
Important topics are, for example, reflecting on your own role in the operational relational environment, clarifying or delimiting your own responsibilities and tasks, promoting important skills (such as communication, conflict management, delegating, …) etc. Ultimately, you are more concerned with your own and active control, for greater freedom of action and greater security.
Our work takes place in a personal conversation, whereby my task is to accompany you in developing the right solutions and alternative courses of action for you. In addition to different questioning techniques, different methods such as Visualizing a situation by setting up figures, etc. are used – always in consultation with you and according to your individual preferences.
